Don Parker has always been an advocate of health and fitness. From early childhood he discovered weight training and never looked back. After working in corporate America and lacking the passion he possessed for fitness and training, he decided to leave and follow his true calling.
After receiving personal training certifications in affa and ACE, he helped many reach their weight loss and fitness goals at 24 Hour Fitness. Don’s cliental grew rapidly which allowed him to found Lifestyle Fitness in 1999.
Trisha Joseph has been a personal trainer since 1998. She is a mother of three children and has been employed with Lifestyle Fitness for 9 years. She is certified through 24 Hour Fitness University and received her Nutritional Food Supplementation certificate through the Apex Fitness Group holding company of NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine). She believed that a person’s health is the most important aspect of their life and that without good health, they are very limited to what they can experience.
Trisha has seen from her experiences with many clients that being a personal trainer has given her the opportunity to change lives for the better.
Chico Herrera has been weight training since he was sixteen years old. After he graduated from San Diego State University, he endured his fitness goals and received his personal training certification through American Fitness Training of Athletics. He wanted to become a fitness trainer for two reasons.
The first was to expand his overall knowledge in the area of physical fitness so that he would have more tools to accomplish his personal goals and the second reason was to help people who really wanted to change their lives through physical fitness the same way he has with the benefit of not making the same mistakes he had made. His mom and two sisters have been training at Lifestyle Fitness with Don Parker for over a year now and the change in their physiques as well as their overall health has been nothing short of phenomenal.
When he learned about Don Parker's workout and nutrition program, he quickly made it part of his lifestyle and he has never been more physically fit. Since he has been a trainer at Lifestyle Fitness his clients have had drastic results while developing habits that will ensure a long and healthy life as well as an attractive physical appearance.
